AWS Organizations Support

Will serverless framework support cross-account deployments of resources soon? This is for multi account microservices having just one shared API gateway on another account.

We will have aws credit on this one, and I want to use aws organizations so that in the future we will use different account for production and development Nox Vidmate VLC.
