Possible to deploy 3 cloud providers at once?

Hello,

I am very new to this tool, but I ran across it randomly while looking for an easy way to quickly deploy my scripts to the 3 major cloud providers. Is this possible with this tool so that I can provide a script and have it deployed with a single call to all 3 providers? or do I need to create a separate Yaml file for each cloud provider? I don’t see any way to do it in 1 file.
