Deleted Company from the serverless now not able to login

Hi there. Currently there is no way to delete your org yourself in Serverless Dashboard, However, it is possible to delete your own account which is likely what happened. At this stage you may need to create a new account with a different email address. Alternatively, you can also contact support by using the chat option once logged to help restore access to your previous account.
