Cognito doesn't update after being created

I’m trying to set email config in cognito but it doesn’t update.

EmailConfiguration:
EmailSendingAccount: DEVELOPER
SourceArn: arn:aws:ses:us-west-2:123456789:identity/no-reply@xyz.com
