# What is the syntax for function schedule?

How do I specify a schedule?

```auto

events: [
        {
            http: {
                path: 'expire',
                method: 'get',
                cors: true,
            },
            schedule: {
                name: 'expiry job',
                rate: "rate(1 hours)",
                enabled: true
            }
        }
    ],

```

This causes

```
Serverless: Configuration warning:
Serverless: at 'functions.expire.events[0]': unrecognized property 'http'
```
