# Serverless install

Using version 1.3.0, I think I followed the directions here: [https://serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/cli-reference/install/#installing-a-service-from-a-directory-in-a-github-url](https://serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/cli-reference/install/#installing-a-service-from-a-directory-in-a-github-url)

Now all I did was change the end point.

serverless install --url [https://github.com/serverless/examples/tree/master/aws-node-simple-http-endpoint](https://github.com/serverless/examples/tree/master/aws-node-simple-http-endpoint)

But the result is a examples/ directory with ALL the examples. Have I misunderstood?

Maybe the feature will support in version 1.4.0.

I don’t know why it is already documented.
