# How to contact Serverless Framework's sales team?

Customer of mine is new to AWS. We recommended Serverless Framework, among others. They need a vendor contact / agreement before they use any product. They tried https://serverless.com/contact-sales/, no response in 2+ weeks. I tried tweeting a DM to @goserverless. No response. How do they proceed ?

Hi there. Could you provide a little more information about this customer? As far as a vendor agreement, the Serverless Framework is an open source tool and as such requires no vendor agreement in place in order to use, experiment and evaluate it.
