# How to add a filter name to cloudWatchLog using the serverless framework?

The cloudWatch filter name picks it by its random name on the deployment.

- cloudwatchLog:  
logGroup: ‘/aws/lambda/hello-world’  
filterName: ‘hello-world’
- cloudwatchLog:  
logGroup: ‘/aws/lambda/hello-world-python’  
filterName: ‘hello-world-python’
