After deploying your function did you try running serverless invoke -f sendData -l or serverless invoke -f ping -l. Make sure those functions can be executed and you see the logs of them, this should help us with getting this up and running.

I have tried a lot to connect the MySQL latest version on my Windows 7 laptop, but it was showing some compatibility error on my system. I have also searched for Fix Windows update error code 8007000e, but get no result at all.
