I am receiving an error when trying to access output variables on a different region. I am following the docs on how to access output from a different region.

**Docs:**

> **[Serverless Framework Variables](https://www.serverless.com/framework/docs/providers/aws/guide/variables/)**
>
> The Serverless Framework documentation for AWS Lambda, API Gateway, EventBridge, DynamoDB and much more.

**Message**
